Scout v1.0.33
Dictation now stays out of your clipboard, and Pulse is more reliable on Windows.
Dictation now stays out of your clipboard, and Pulse is more reliable on Windows.
Dictation No Longer Replaces Your Clipboard
Normal dictation now types directly into the app you are using instead of putting the dictated text on your clipboard first.
- Your existing clipboard contents stay intact after dictation.
- The separate paste-last hotkey still works when you want it.
- Alt+V remains the intentional way to paste your last dictation.
Pulse Reliability on Windows
Pulse now repairs itself if Windows hides or drops the floating window while Scout still thinks it should be visible.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a Windows case where Pulse could fail to come back after a fullscreen app.
- Kept clipboard-based insertion only for explicit paste-style actions, not normal dictation.
