Refund Policy

Free Trial
Scout offers a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is needed because no charge has been made.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you're unsatisfied with Scout, contact us within 7 days of being charged and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period. After 7 days, no refund will be issued, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, we'll issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. Partial months are not refunded.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of abuse, such as excessive usage followed by a refund request, or repeated refund requests across multiple billing cycles.
