Scout v1.0.45
Dictations no longer silently lose words if your connection drops — and the Windows Pulse indicator stays visible.
A reliability release focused on two things you'd actually notice: dictations that don't silently lose words, and the Pulse indicator staying put on Windows.
More reliable dictation
If your connection ever hiccuped in the middle of a dictation, Scout used to quietly paste whatever it had captured so far — sometimes only half of what you said — with no sign anything went wrong. Now Scout notices the instant a dictation gets cut short and lets you know, instead of inserting an incomplete transcript.
It also detects a dropped connection within seconds rather than waiting until you release the key.
Pulse stays visible on Windows
Fixed the bug where the Pulse indicator could turn invisible on Windows — especially after switching in and out of fullscreen apps. Pulse now reliably re-shows itself instead of occasionally getting stuck off-screen.
